General information:
- All apartments are equipped with shower or bathtub, WC, hair dryer, kitchenette, crockery and linen set, safe, balcony and telephone as well as satellite TV, radio and free Wi-Fi.
- Children up to 3 years are our free guests, without meals. For children from 4-9 years we only charge an extra charge of 10,00 €, for children from 10-13 years 14,00 €
- It is possible to book breakfast (15,00 € per person) or half board (38,00 € per person).
- For dogs we charge 10,00 € daily, food not included
- Cash payment required, you can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi).
- Secure garage parking spaces are available for an additional charge of € 7.00 per night (if available).

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival the deposit will be retained (30% of the total amount), from 60 days before arrival we charge 80% of the total amount. Cancellations made during the last week before arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
